General Policy

Cancellation terms vary depending on how early you book. You’ll find cancellation details below and also towards the bottom of the listing page for the property you 'd like to book. After you book, you can also see the details in the booking confirmation email.


Bookings are fully refundable for 48 hours after the booking is confirmed, as long as the cancellation occurs at least 28 days before check-in. More than 48 hours after booking, guests can cancel before check-in and receive a full refund, minus the Stay Charges for the first 30 days and the Booking Fee.

Early Departure

Guests are required to pay (Stay Charges, pro rata Booking Fee) for the 30 days following the cancellation date, or up to the end date of the guest’s original booking if the remaining portion is less than 30 days. The Cleaning Fee is not refundable.
